ARE ITEMS AUTHENTIC?

Yes, at LINOTROVES, authenticity is the soul of our brand.

We source our pieces directly from reputable sources and networks, but to further ensure confidence in your investment, we engage with registered third-party authenticity verification companies. After the initial in-house checks, items priced above AU$400.00 will undergo a hybrid system to confirm authenticity. We then provide a complimentary authentication certificate on the product page unless an item comes with its original purchase receipts. Any uncertainty regarding a vintage designer product will not be listed and will undergo further procedures until a certain outcome has been gathered.

DO ITEMS COME WITH ORIGINAL DUST BAGS OR AUTHENTICITY CARDS, PAPERS, ETC?

Very rarely will a vintage item come with its original dust bags, packaging, and authenticity information, as it can vary depending on how the previous owner stored and cared for it over the years. Occasionally, some pieces do come with their original tags and packaging; this will always be mentioned in the product description. Please check to confirm what the item comes with. With that said, if an item does not come with an original bag or box, it will come in the standard LINOTROVES packaging to protect your purchased pieces.

WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF THE ITEMS WE SELL?

Each item's condition will vary, as all vintage and pre-loved treasures do. In saying that, we encourage you to review the detailed descriptions and images provided on the product page. At LINOTROVES, we take pride in transparency, always noting any signs of wear and imperfections on a piece.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We use Australia Post as our delivery courier, which offers express services. All parcels are fully tracked & insured, and we provide full tracking information via email.

Items will be dispatched from LINOTROVES to Australia Post within 1-2 business days. 

Domestic Express Delivery:

  • Within Victoria is estimated to take 1-2+ business days.
  • Interstate is estimated to take 1-3+ business days.

International Express Delivery:

  • 3-6+ business days (for most countries, but varies depending on the destination country).

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAX / CUSTOMS FEES?

Items are shipped from Australia and may be subject to import taxes and customs duties upon import of items. Please ensure to check the rates for your country, as this is your responsibility. Payment is collected by the shipping carrier at delivery; LINOTROVES has no control or involvement with this. 

We are not liable for any delays with orders because of customs clearances or issues at the destination.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Please be aware that due to the delicate nature of vintage items, all our sales are final and no returns are accepted.

If there is a problem with your purchase, it is crucial that you immediately contact us when you receive your order, and we will always try to resolve the matter. Any issues brought to light after 2 working days of delivery may not be subject to our quality guarantee.
